URW: the Niel family holds more than 25.5% of the capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Xavier Niel declared on Thursday that he had crossed downwards the thresholds of 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% of the capital and voting rights of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, thus no longer holding any shares in the company, following the donation of almost all the shares in his company NJJ Holding to his four children.


Following this transaction, the Niel family group - made up of Xavier Niel and his four children - crossed the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% of URW's capital and voting rights.

As of October 10, the family holding company Rock Investment held 35,554,478 shares in the commercial real estate group, representing 25.51% of its capital and voting rights.
