Veolia: BlackRock crosses the 5% threshold on the downside

(CercleFinance.com) - On October 15, BlackRock crossed downwards the thresholds of 5% of Veolia Environnement's capital and rights following share sales and a reduction in securities held as collateral, according to a financial notice published on Thursday.


In its notice, the world's number one asset management company states that it now holds, on behalf of its funds and clients, 36,725,581 shares, or 4.96% of the utility group's capital and voting rights.
