TotalEnergies: EU approves acquisition of WBFG
(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, the acquisition of joint control of West Burton Flexible Generation by EP UK Investments Limited (EPUKI) and TotalEnergies Gas & Power (TTE), both based in the UK.
The transaction mainly concerns the generation and wholesale supply of electricity as well as the provision of balancing and ancillary services in the UK.
