Argan: delivery of an Aut0nom platform near Caen

(CercleFinance.com) - Argan has announced that, after a 15-month construction period, Carrefour Supply Chain teams have taken possession of their new 82,000 sq.
m. Aut0nom logistics platform in Mondeville, east of Caen, a project accompanied by the planting of over 11,000 trees.000 trees.

Jointly led by Argan and Carrefour via their Cargan-Log joint venture, the project was developed on a 30-hectare former Stellantis (ex-PSA) industrial wasteland, which had been cleaned up beforehand, thus greatly limiting the artificialization of the land.

Developed over eight storage cells, the site hosts, under a firm nine-year lease, the activities formerly operated at Carpiquet, thus supporting the ramp-up of Carrefour's logistics activities in the region.
