Micropole: 20.9 million shares tendered to the tender offer

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that by October 15, the final date set for financial intermediaries to submit orders in response to Talan Holding's takeover bid for Micropole shares, it had received 20,914,262 shares.


Consequently, at the close of the offer, the offeror is in a position to hold, in concert, directly and by assimilation, 27,408,817 shares, i.e. 94.23% of the capital and at least 92.19% of the voting rights of this IT services company.

As Talan is in a position to hold more than 50% of the capital and voting rights at the close of the offer, the offer has been successful. The listing of Micropole shares will remain suspended pending implementation of the squeeze-out procedure.
