The analyst believes that sales for the first 9 months of the year were very strong, thanks in particular to high indexation

"The property company reported a 15.8% increase in sales, driven by a very satisfactory 7.3% growth on a like-for-like basis", says the research firm.

Although driven by a historically high indexation of +5.7%, the performance underlines the resilience of the portfolio and the good occupancy dynamics of recent deliveries', adds Invest Securities.
