Nestlé: organisational changes in 2025

(CercleFinance.com) - After its rading update, Nestlé announces a number of changes to its organisation from 1 January 2025, to accelerate decision-making and provide more powerful impetus to global initiatives.


Thus, the Latin America and North America Zones will merge to form the Americas Zone, which will be headed by Steve Presley, and the Greater China Zone will henceforth be part of the Asia, Oceania and Africa Zone, headed by Remy Ejel.

David Rennie, current Head of Nestlé Coffee Brands, will succeed Bernard Meunier as Head of Strategic Business Units (SBUs), Marketing and Sales. Nestlé's coffee brands, with the exception of Nespresso, will be integrated into the SBUs.
