Eni: continues its share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - Eni has acquired 3,853,350 shares on Euronext Milan (representing 0.
12% of the share capital), at a weighted average price per share equal to 14.2734 euros, for a total amount of 55,000,350.31 euros as part of the second tranche of its share buyback program.

Since the start of the second tranche of the share buyback program on June 13, 2024, Eni has acquired 52,568,878 shares (or 1.60% of the share capital) for a total amount of 750,087,102.44 euros.

Taking into account treasury shares already held and purchases made since the start of the share buyback program on May 27, 2024, Eni holds 149,189,950 shares, or 4.54% of the share capital.
