Publicis: BlackRock exceeds 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has declared to the AMF that on October 14 it exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in Publicis Groupe, holding 5.
49% of the capital and 5.01% of the voting rights in the communications group.

The American asset management giant states that this threshold crossing is the result of an acquisition of Publicis shares off and on the market, as well as an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
