Mutares: EU authorizes acquisition of Serneke Sverige

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has authorized, under the EU Merger Regulation, the acquisition of sole control of Serneke Sverige (Sweden) by Mutares (Germany).


The transaction mainly concerns the construction sector.

The Commission concluded that the notified transaction would not give rise to competition concerns, given that the companies are not present on the same or vertically related markets.
