Mercialys: still distinguished in GRESB ranking

(CercleFinance.com) - For the eighth year running, Mercialys has maintained its '5-star Green Star' status in the GRESB ranking, which assesses the ESG practices of over 2,000 real estate and construction companies worldwide.


This excellent result reflects the deployment of actions to reduce the environmental footprint of the company's assets as part of its '4 Fair Impacts For 2030' strategy", explains the retail property company.

Mercialys achieved a score of 91 out of 100, up one point and well above the average of GRESB respondents (87/100 in 2024). Its 'Green Star 5 stars' status corresponds to the quintile of the best-performing companies.
