Alstom: amendment to contract with Groupe koda

(CercleFinance.com) - Alstom has signed an amendment to its contract with Groupe koda for the supply of ETCS level 2 (European Train Control System) for trains to be manufactured by koda for RegioJet.


This amendment applies specifically to Alstom's Onvia Cab (formerly Atlas) ETCS level 2 system for fifteen two-car electric units and eight three-car electric units for RegioJet trains. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in the first half of 2025.

This collaboration will increase the safety and efficiency of rail transport, and underlines the company's commitment to supporting innovative and sustainable solutions in the field of European mobility.
