Pfizer: Tim Buckley elected to the Board of Directors

(CercleFinance.com) - Pfizer has announced the election of Tim Buckley to the Pfizer Board of Directors with immediate effect, following a long and exhaustive search that began in May 2024.


Tim Buckley has also been appointed to the Pfizer Board's Governance and Sustainability Committee and Audit Committee. Following Tim Buckley's appointment, the Board will have 14 directors, 13 of whom are independent.

Tim Buckley was Vanguard's Chairman and CEO from 2018 until his retirement in 2024. Prior to that, he was Vanguard's chief investment officer.
