BNP Paribas: Amundi falls below 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - Amundi, acting on behalf of funds, declared to the AMF that on October 9 it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of the capital and voting rights of BNP Paribas, following the sale of shares on the market.


The asset and investment management company, a 70%-owned subsidiary of Crédit Agricole, said it held 56,502,671 BNP Paribas shares representing the same number of voting rights, or 4.99% of the banking group's capital and voting rights.
