Thales: successfully tests radio systems for NATO

(CercleFinance.com) - Thales reports that the German armed forces have carried out four weeks of operational trials with its PR4G and SYNAPS-H radio systems to demonstrate their compliance with the requirements of multinational battle groups deployed by NATO.


The PR4G and SYNAPS-H radios met the requirements so effectively that they were deemed suitable for deployment in the German armed forces, Thales Country says.

Deployed in the Baltic States and Poland, NATO's Forward Presence Battlegroups are designed to reinforce the Alliance's deterrence and defense posture on Europe's eastern flank.
