Atos: Philippe Salle appointed as future CEO

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announces the co-option of Philippe Salle as a director, as well as his appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors with immediate effect and Chairman and CEO as from 1 February 2025.


With his extensive experience as a corporate executive, notably as former CEO of Altran and Elior, Philippe Salle will bring his skills and perspectives to support the deployment of the group's business plan and restructuring.

Until 31 January 2025, Jean-Pierre Mustier will act as Chief Executive Officer, while retaining his directorship. In particular, he will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the successful implementation of the accelerated safeguard plan essential to the group's rescue.

In addition, Philippe Salle intends to participate in the financial restructuring of Atos by investing at least E9m in the form of a subscription to the capital increase, or subsequently directly on the market.
