Wedia: simplified tender offer to start on October 15

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the simplified tender offer (OPAS) for Wedia shares, filed by Bryan, Garnier & Co on behalf of the société par actions simplifiée Mercure, will be open from October 15 to November 6 inclusive.


The offeror, which currently holds 599,165 Wedia shares, has irrevocably undertaken to acquire, at a price of 30.50 euros each, all 255,390 existing shares not held by it, representing 29.83% of the share capital.390 existing shares not held by him, representing 29.83% of the share capital.

He intends to request the implementation of a squeeze-out at a price of 31.75 euros per share, i.e. the offer price plus the additional price paid only to shareholders who have tendered their shares to the semi-centralized offer procedure.
