ADP: Commission approves creation of JV

(CercleFinance.com) - Under EU Merger Regulations the European Commission has approved the creation of a joint venture by TAV Havalimanlari Holding, based in Turkey, and controlled by Aéroports de Paris, based in France, and Fraport, based in Germany.


The transaction mainly concerns the market for airport operations.

The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns, given the limited impact on the Economic Area. The notified transaction was examined under the simplified merger control procedure.
