GTT: DNCA Finance falls below 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - DNCA Finance, acting on behalf of funds, declared to the AMF that on October 8 it had fallen below the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights in GTT (GazTransport & Technigaz), following the sale of shares on the market.


The company, controlled by Natixis Investment Managers, said it held 1,855,704 GTT shares on behalf of the funds, representing 4.99% of the capital and voting rights of this specialist in membrane containment technologies for LNG.
