Hugo Boss: loyalty program to be modernised

(CercleFinance.com) - Hugo Boss announced on Monday that it would be developing its new loyalty program in France and Germany, following a successful experiment launched in the UK last May.

The new program, dubbed 'Hugo Boss XP', will replace the current 'Hugo Boss Experience' program, meaning that existing members' accounts will be automatically transferred to the new program.

Other countries will follow over the next few years.

The German ready-to-wear group - which is looking to attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones in a struggling luxury sector - explains that initial results since the program's launch in the UK have shown double-digit growth in key performance indicators (new member sign-ups and app downloads).

This is because its new program is fully app-integrated, offering classic benefits such as loyalty levels and points with Web3 elements for a 'personalized' omni-channel experience.

Members can collect and redeem tokens (NFTs) through purchases and interactions across different channels and brands, which in turn give them access to exclusive products, unique experiences and special offers.
