Publicis: BlackRock falls below 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has declared to the AMF that on October 10 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in Publicis Groupe, and now holds 5.
42% of the capital and 4.94% of the voting rights in the communications group.

The American asset management behemoth states that this threshold crossing is the result of an off-market sale of Publicis shares and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
