Partouche: reinforced control of Patrick Partouche

(CercleFinance.com) - Groupe Partouche has been informed by its 66.
83% majority shareholder, Financière Partouche, of the granting of multiple voting rights to Patrick Partouche, giving the latter more than the majority (50.7%) of voting rights at Financière Partouche's AGM.

Patrick Partouche thus intends to perpetuate the governance and strategy of Financière Partouche and, indirectly, those of the casino group, to enable the latter to tackle the new stages of its development under the best possible conditions.

Patrick Partouche has been Chairman of the Management Board of Financière Partouche for over 20 years and of the Supervisory Board of Groupe Partouche for 13 years. The AMF has granted an exemption from the obligation to file a public offer for Groupe Partouche shares.
