CDA: Accor CFO joins the Board of Directors

(CercleFinance.com) - Compagnie des Alpes reports that its Board of Directors, meeting on October 10, co-opted Martine Gerow as an independent director, on the recommendation of the Appointments and Compensation Committee.


She replaces the Caisse d'Epargne Rhône-Alpes, which has resigned, for the remainder of the latter's term of office (i.e. until the Annual General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ending September 30, 2026).

This appointment will be submitted for ratification at the next Annual General Meeting. Martine Gerow is currently CFO of Accor, having previously held executive positions at American Express, Carlson Wagonlit and Solocal.

The Caisse d'Epargne Rhône-Alpes, represented by François Codet, has been appointed as a non-voting member of the Board for a term running until the end of its initial term of office as director (i.e. until the AGM called to approve the financial statements for the year ending 2026).
