Caterpillar: ex-CEO of SAIC joins board

(CercleFinance.com) - Caterpillar announces the appointment of Nazzic Keene, former CEO of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), as a new independent member of its Board of Directors, as from 1 November.


Bringing to the construction equipment manufacturer in particular her experience in information technology, she will sit on the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Compensation and Human Resources Committee.

Nazzic Keene retired in 2023 after four years as CEO of SAIC, a multi-billion dollar global company engaged in the integration of information technology systems for government agencies.
