Carmila: 53,210 Galimmo shares tendered to the OPAS

(CercleFinance.com) - Mediobanca has informed the AMF that, during the period of the simplified public tender offer (OPAS) for Galimmo shares, i.
e. from September 26 to October 9 inclusive, Carmila acquired 53,210 shares at a unit price of €14.83.

At the close of the OPAS, Carmila thus held 32,437,920 Galimmo shares, or 99.97% of this real estate company's capital and voting rights. The suspension of trading in Galimmo shares is maintained pending implementation of the squeeze-out.
