Porsche: 7% fall in vehicles delivered over 9m

(CercleFinance.com) - Porsche announces that it delivered 226,026 vehicles worldwide between January and September 2024, down 7% y-o-y.


In Europe (excluding Germany), Porsche delivered 52,465 cars over the period, up 1% y-o-y. In Germany, the number of vehicles delivered rose by 8% to 26,838.

However, in China, the sports car maker delivered 43,280 vehicles to customers, down 29%, while in North America, deliveries fell 5% to 61,471 units.

Porsche says that 2024 is a particularly challenging year for us, with limited product availability in some cases. However, we are deliberately focusing on a quality-driven ramp-up of our new model series so that we can continue to offer our customers an unrivalled brand and product experience in the future.
