Stellantis: changes in management team

(CercleFinance.com) - Stellantis announces targeted organisational changes within its management team, effective immediately, led by Carlos Tavares - who will retire at the end of his term of office as CEO in early 2026.


Thus, Antonio Filosa is appointed 'North America Region COO', Jean-Philippe Imparato 'Enlarged Europe Region COO', Doug Ostermann 'Chief Financial Officer', Grégoire Olivier 'China COO' and Santo Ficili 'Maserati and Alfa Romeo CEO'.

In addition, the supply chain organization will be transferred from the purchasing department to the industrial department headed by Arnaud Deboeuf, enabling Maxime Picat to focus more on improvements with partner suppliers.

Stellantis also confirms that the formal process of identifying a successor to Carlos Tavares has begun. This process is being managed by a special committee of the Board of Directors, chaired by John Elkann, and will be completed in Q4 2025.
