Cie des Alpes: Chief Executive Officer reappointed
(CercleFinance.com) - At its meeting yesterday, Cie des Alpes' Board of Directors reiterated its confidence in Mr.
Dominique Thillaud's reappointment as Chief Executive Officer. His current term of office expires at the close of the Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 13 March 2025, to approve the financial statements for the year ending 30 September 2024. The Board of Directors has said that it will formally renew Mr. Dominique Thillaud's term of office at its meeting on 13 March 2025, for a period of 4 years expiring at the close of the Annual General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ending 30 September 2028.
