Cie des alpes: reappointment of Chief Executive Officer
(CercleFinance.com) - At its meeting today, the Board of Directors reaffirmed its confidence in Mr.
Dominique Thillaud's reappointment as Chief Executive Officer. His current term of office expires at the close of the Annual General Meeting called for March 13, 2025, to approve the financial statements for the year ending September 30, 2024. The Board of Directors has indicated that it will formally renew Mr. Dominique Thillaud's term of office at its meeting on March 13, 2025, for a period of 4 years expiring at the close of the Annual General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ending September 30, 2028.
