Groupe Parot: 636,538 shares tendered to OPAS

(CercleFinance.com) - Crédit Agricole du Languedoc has informed the AMF that, during the simplified tender offer (OPAS) for Groupe Parot shares from September 26 to October 9 inclusive, NDK acquired 636,538 shares at a unit price of 8.
83 euros.

As a result, at the close of the OPAS, the offeror holds 5,620,974 shares, representing 87.59% of the capital and at least 87.55% of the voting rights. Groupe Parot shares will remain suspended pending implementation of the squeeze-out procedure.
