Spie: acquires 88% of Spefinox

(CercleFinance.com) - Spie announces the acquisition of 88% of Spefinox, an expert in industrial processes for the food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals sectors.


Spefinox designs and manufactures equipment for industrial processes. With this acquisition, Spie has strengthened its expertise in industrial processes for the food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals sectors within its French subsidiary Spie Industrie. In 2023, Spefinox generated production worth 6.6 million euros.

Spie Industrie said that, thanks to the cutting-edge expertise of its employees in the field of industrial processes, Spefinox has recognized know-how and a solid, recurring customer base.
