AB Science: settlement of capital increase

(CercleFinance.com) - AB Science is pleased to announce that it has completed settlement of the capital increase announced on September 30, for a total of five million euros subscribed by qualified European investors.


As a reminder, this capital increase resulted in the issue of 5,368,725 new ordinary shares to each of which are attached warrants, bringing the total number of shares making up the company's share capital to 64,589,428.589,428 the total number of shares making up its share capital.

None of the investors involved in the transaction exceeded 5% of the share capital or voting rights, and to the best of the company's knowledge, no shareholder other than CEO Alain Moussy and AMY SAS exceeds the threshold of 5% of the share capital or voting rights.
