Thales: interim dividend and share cancellation

(CercleFinance.com) - Thales announces that its Board of Directors has decided to pay an interim cash dividend of E0.
85 per share for FY 2024, to be detached on 3 December and paid on 5 December.

The Board has also decided to reduce the share capital by cancelling 4,268,227 treasury shares held in registered form, representing 2.03% of its capital, with immediate effect, under the authorisation granted by the AGM of 10 May 2023.

These shares were bought back between 15 February 2023 and 26 March 2024 inclusive. They represent the balance of shares acquired under the buyback program announced on 3 March 2022 and not yet cancelled.
