KKR: completes acquisition of The Parking Spot

(CercleFinance.com) - KKR has announced the acquisition of The Parking Spot (TPS), the nation's leading owner and operator of airport parking facilities.


The acquisition is being made through an affiliate of Green Courte Partners, LLC, a private equity real estate investment firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

TPS is the leading provider of airport parking services in the United States, with 47 parking facilities located across the country and serving major airports.
