URW: tripartite partnership on the labor market

(CercleFinance.com) - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) announces that it has joined forces with 'France Travail' and 'Les entreprises s'engagent' to strengthen its commitment to employment and integration.


This tripartite partnership facilitates the connection between France Travail agencies and URW centers, as well as the implementation of inclusive recruitment during job dating sessions.

To mark 'URW for Jobs', 13 job dating sessions will take place in October, offering a variety of positions (permanent, fixed-term, sandwich courses, internships) in different sectors.

The Adecco group will be participating with an artificial intelligence tool to help create CVs.

Particular emphasis will be placed on former employees mobilized for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, who will benefit from professional opportunities tailored to their acquired skills.
