Accor: BlackRock exceeds 5% of voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on October 4 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of voting rights in Accor, and held 5.
80% of the capital and 5.05% of voting rights in the hotel chain.
The American asset management giant states that this threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Accor shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
