Argan: sale of Wissous datacenter

(CercleFinance.com) - Argan announces the sale of its data center in Wissous (Essonne) to Invesco Real Estate for a surface area of over 22,000 m2, for a price of E59m excluding transfer duties, in line with the appraised value at 30 June.


Following the sale of an 18,000 m2 near Caen, this second transaction completes Argan's arbitrages program for 2024 with a total budget of E77m, in line with the announced target for the year.

Both these disposals reflect a combined yield in line with the French PRIME rate. The cash generated by the 2024 arbitrages is in line with Argan's overall objective of self-financing its development and continuing to reduce its debt.
