Believe: Upbeat Bidco exceeds 95% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - On September 30, Upbeat Bidco declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 95% of Believe's voting rights, and now holds 96.
61% of the capital and 95.38% of the voting rights, following the acquisition of shares on the market.

As a reminder, the declarant crossed the threshold of 95% of the digital music specialist's capital last June, as part of its simplified takeover bid (OPAS), which ran from June 3 to 21 inclusive.
