Rio Tinto: interested in Arcadium Lithium

(CercleFinance.com) - Rio Tinto today confirmed that it has approached Arcadium Lithium with a view to possibly acquiring the company.


This approach is non-binding and there is no certainty that a transaction will be agreed or proceed, the mining group says.

Rio Tinto says it will make 'no further comment' until an update is appropriate.
