Bureau Veritas: acquires IDP Group

(CercleFinance.com) - Bureau Veritas announces the acquisition of IDP Group, a leading independent provider of BIM (Building Information Modeling) services, project management assistance and digital twinning for the public and private sectors.


With a strong positioning in decarbonization and other high value-added verticals, this company, which is based in the Barcelona region, posted sales of E30.2m in 2023 and has almost 500 experts.

IDP Group will become a Bureau Veritas global technical center for BIM, project management assistance and digital twinning services, enabling its expertise to take on a global scale.
