Worldline: Causeway CM exceeds 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - Causeway Capital Management LLC, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on October 1 it had exceeded the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Worldline, following the acquisition of shares on the market.


The management company stated that it held 14,563,404 Worldline shares representing the same number of voting rights, or 5.14% of the payment solutions group's capital and voting rights, on behalf of the aforementioned clients and funds.
