Casino: payment of Quatrim covered bonds

(CercleFinance.com) - Following the sale of real estate assets on 26 September, Casino announces that it has made a payment of E198.
7m to the holders of the covered bonds carried by its subsidiary Quatrim, including E190.4m in principal and E8.3m in accrued interest.

The nominal amount of the Quatrim covered bonds has thus been reduced to E300.5m. In addition, the food distributor specifies that an interest payment of E7.8m will be made on 7 October, in accordance with the documentation.
