Renault : Suez acquires a stake in 'The Future Is NEUTRAL

(CercleFinance.com) - Renault Group and Suez announce that they have strengthened their collaboration by signing strategic agreements to support the ecological transition of the automotive sector.


The two groups intend to position 'The Future Is NEUTRAL' as a key player in the automotive circular economy.

In concrete terms, Suez is taking a 20% stake in the capital of 'The Future Is NEUTRAL', alongside Renault Group, now an 80% co-shareholder.

As a result of this transaction, 'The Future Is NEUTRAL' will benefit from a contribution of 140 million euros from its two shareholders, with a view to accelerating and developing its activities.

The material and human contributions of its two shareholders will help support its ambitious growth plan, aimed at achieving 2.3 billion euros in cumulative sales from its activities, and a double-digit profit.
