Bouygues: new brand under the Equans banner in France

(CercleFinance.com) - Equans, the multi-technical services subsidiary of the Bouygues group, announced on Thursday the launch in France of a new brand to group its activities in energy performance for buildings and infrastructures.


Born of the merger between Axima Maintenance Technique and Bouygues Energies & Services FM, the new entity - christened 'Equans Services Bâtiments & Infrastructures' - aims to improve the energy efficiency of tertiary and industrial sites, while accelerating their decarbonization.

Its businesses will include, among others, reducing energy consumption, extending the lifespan of equipment, and digitalization with the aim of reducing the carbon footprint of buildings and infrastructures.

The company can already draw on a network of 3,500 employees and 81 locations across the country, states Equans in a press release.
