Veolia: BlackRock exceeds 5% threshold
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on October 1 it had exceeded the thresholds of 5% of Veolia's capital and voting rights, and held 5.
17% of the capital and voting rights of the utilities group.
The U.S.-based asset management giant states that this threshold crossing is the result of an acquisition of Veolia shares off and on the market, as well as an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
