Aston Martin: hit by broker downgrade

(CercleFinance.com) - Aston Martin Lagonda (AML) is down 1% in London, penalised by Jefferies' downgrade from 'buy' to 'hold', with a target price slashed to less than half the former 250 pence (to 120 pence) for the automaker's shares.


While acknowledging that, in his first public action, new CEO Adrian Hallmark has not hesitated to take tough decisions to reset ambitious targets, the broker finds it difficult to see a scenario that does not require new equity.
