Thermador: creation of a Dutreil pact in the capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Thermador Groupe announces that, at the initiative of the heirs of its founder, Guy Vincent, long-standing shareholders have decided to set up a Dutreil pact representing 2,313,461 shares, i.
e. 25.14% of the capital and 25.23% of the voting rights.

This pact, signed on October 2 for a period of two years, is primarily intended to enable the founders' families to retain a maximum number of Thermador Groupe shares after payment of inheritance tax.

The plumbing equipment distributor specifies that this commitment does not constitute an action in concert between the signatories, and that each will remain totally free to vote as he or she sees fit at future shareholders' meetings.
