Ubisoft: Morgan Stanley crosses the 5% capital & voting thresholds

(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley has declared to the AMF that on September 26, 2024, through its subsidiaries, it indirectly exceeded the thresholds of 5% of the share capital and voting rights of Ubisoft Entertainment, and indirectly held 6.
12% of the share capital and 5.63% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an off-market acquisition of Ubisoft Entertainment shares.
