Worldline: partnership with the Bank of China (Hong Kong)

(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline announces a partnership with the Bank of China (Hong Kong) 'BOCHK', becoming its first customer for the open platform card solution Paysuite Essential Edition (formerly named Cardlite) in Hong Kong.


The Paysuite Essential Edition software suite is an open card management platform for issuers and acquirers.

BOCHK will leverage Worldline's innovative cloud-native application to enhance the customer experience and expand its offering with its new multi-currency Mastercard debit card.

Worldline says that this partnership reflects the growing trend in the payments industry to adopt open platform solutions, with BOCHK leading the way for other financial institutions in the region.
