Pernod-Ricard: Stifel cuts target price
(CercleFinance.com) - Stifel maintains its 'hold' recommendation on Pernod-Ricard shares, with a target price lowered from E152 to E147, after reducing its FY 2025 estimates (-1% on revenues and -2/-3% for EPS).
Ahead of its Q1 trading update, scheduled for 17 October, the broker forecasts a 5.1% decline in organic sales for the period (vs. -3.9% consensus), driven by the US (-9%) and China (-22%).
With a slow start to the year and growing geopolitical uncertainties, annual targets remain achievable, but carry certain risks, Stifel warns regarding the spirits group.
